Hey Gang!

Just a quick note to everyone that I will NOT be able to get this week's RoundUp in place by my usual time.

Circumstances will not allow me to post the RoundUp until sometime around midday Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the heads up (and all your hard work)!

It's a big week this week too

Hoping that's recognizable.

Mid-day? CMON!!!!!

No problemo. Glad to have it whenever.

I almost spit my coffee all over my monitor!

What about posting a thread prior to Sunday with all the new releases for the week, then updating the thread with the pricing when the HTF rules allow for it.

Just a thought.

I noticed on "that other site" that posts ad prices early, Circuit City, Best Buy and Target are all advertising Cinderella without prices on Sunday.

Attention Fly SE & Fly II SE buyers:

The new Best Buy circular is showing the new versions as part of their 2 for $20 deals. The circular clearly shows the covers for the new versions. So if this is true, it is obviously the best deal for anyone picking up both versions. Like me.

Happen to know what "The Fly" is singularly? If it's anything over $14.99 normally, getting the sequel for a mere $5, as mediocre as it was, doesn't seem like a waste.

The ads stats all titles $14.99-$15.99 if bought separately.

Greg, Patrick, I don't get it. I know what that screen shot is, but I can't figure out how it's relevant to this weeks new releases. I searched a lot of sites looking at the new releases for this week and I can't find anything that relates to that movie.

It's the quote that goes with the screenshot that is relevant to the fact that the Weekly Roundup is being delayed.

"D---Y--A--T-H---" ??

Get it ?

Lucky you Patrick- I DID loose my coffee

Guess I'll nab both in that case. Thanks for the clarification, Joe.

OK, that makes more sense. I was starting to think that maybe a new anamorphic release of Beneath TPOTA was coming out, that I had missed all news about.
I thought about that, John. I hoped no Apes fans would either get excited or concerned about an unannounced new release.

Not too often do documentaries get released for a third time.
It took me a few seconds to get it.

On a side note....I loved the POTA movies. When asking a Senior Fox Rep last fall about a potential re release of the 2-5th movies in anamorphic, he simply said "no". I was bummed out.

Circumstances have changed. RoundUp is back on target. Sorry for causing unneccesary angst. You can all now breathe a collective sigh of relief.

Greg: Pretty damn funny!

That really sucks. I was hoping we'd get one every so often, like Paramount did with the Star Trek movies.

FYI, WillG posted in the FLY thread that Costco has a 2-pack of both films for $18.89. Curious if Costco will carry KOLCHAK, my other big release for the week.
