AV Rack

Hello,

I am currently in the process of building a HT room. AV rack is a very important piece for me. I have some questions am hoping you guys who have done this can help out.

1) What do you do for venting? Install a silent fan?
2) Standard size (dimension) 20" wide, 30" deep, height?
3) Door - is a door needed or leave it open for better ventilation?

4) Lastly, but most important...incase I can't gain access from the rear is there a unit out there that has railing I can mount to the side walls and then can pull/swing the whole AV rack out from the indented wall to work on?

You could actually try building the whole AV rack from scratch so you can design how you want.

Its not as daunting as it seems.
