College Football records question

Some of my friends and I are trying to place a friendly wager on some upcoming games. In order to make this wager, we need to know the single game sack record for the SEC. Myself and one other person have been googling, but have not come across the appropiate website. We are looking for the record number of sacks by one SEC team vs another SEC team. If anybody knows of any good records sites, please post here. I have downloaded the NCAA records book, but I couldn't find what I looking for in there. Thanks for your help and roll tide.

I hate to recommend it, but someone on the Dawgvent will probably be able to find it.

Looking on the SEC site, Auburn got 8 sacks vs UK in 2004, thats the highest for the years they kept records for on the site (back to 2002 I think).

WARNING! Dawgventing can become addictive, even to non-UGA fans. Its literally like a chat room, the amount of posts is pretty phenomenal.

I imagine the record book has something in it. Oops... it looks like sack records only started recently and no one from the SEC is on the list...
