Motorcycle Stereo

Hey all,

This may be a long shot, but any of you have any info about motorcycle stereos? i'm looking to get some outdoor speakers and hook up a little system...Guess I'll need an amp maybe I could hook an mp3 player up to.

i'm real new to the whole car audio thing. Can I just use a cd changer as the amp or do I need an external amp?

the headunit will power speakers(not a cd changer though), most will except very high end ones that tend to be just pre amps as all headunits should be used, the question is will it be loud enough riding, riding motocross for many years u cant hear anything on a bike especially with any sort of free flow exhaust. An amp would do wonders, but where do u plan to mount it and where do u plan to mount ur speakers?????
