I saw Panic Room & Alien 3 at the cinema. Fight Club has a huge following amongst young people and probably the most popular of his films, but Seven is Fincher's masterpiece IMO and one of the top films of the 90's, I wish I'd seen it at the cinema.

I really didn't like Fight Club, which is for culties what Se7en is for the mainstream audience... personally, I think Se7en is simply a far more sophisticated and mature film. Zodiac comes in a close second overall - wonderful film - and the restored "special edition" of Alien 3 clocks in at least two stars above the abyssmal theatrical cut. In restored form, it's finally a good film! The Game comes in last for being rather lame and more boring than the messy and childish Fight Club.

Overall, I wouldn't call myself a Fincher fan, but I have a lot of respect and admiration for him. Looking forward to Benjamin Button!
