I have 2 Soderberghs unwatched on VHS at the moment: SEX, LIES AND VIDEOTAPE (1989) and FULL FRONTAL (2002).

Although SOLARIS was a good film in its own right, it pales in comparison with Tarkovsky's original; like Tim Burton, lately he has taken to squandering his talents on rather unnecessary updates of older (and better) movies.


P.S. I saw Soderbergh a couple of times at the Venice Film Festival last year where he was "presenting" his humorous segment of EROS (2004) and also CRIMINAL (2004) on which he served as executive producer; in fact, he was present at both of the shows I attended.
