Warner Bros. will release a special edition of "Bullitt". Will the transfer of the film be the same transfer from the previous release or can we expect a new transfer?

I believe it is a new transfer from a Restored Print.

I think Warner went the extra mile on this based on the specs.

Cool, thanks for the heads up Robert. I'm glad to see they included the same featurette in the original DVD, Steve McQueen: Commitment to Reality.

Why couldnt Peter Yates do a commentary for the great 'Breaking Away' as well??

A different time and place. That dvd came out more than three years ago.
