Street of No Return Question

I noticed that there are two versions of this film on dvd. Besides the different covers, is there any reason why one is fetching $100?

when fantoma changed distributors, the earlier version went OOP, then it was re-issued, similar to Blue Underground's first few releases when they switched distributors. I believe the newer version gets a new SKU number, so some guy thinks since there are no more new ones, it is worth 100 bucks, when in reality, all that changed is the cover and the sku number?
