a few months back i bought the 2 disc dvd for a beautiful mind at dvdsoon but i hadn't time to check it. a couple weeks ago i did it and too my surprise the movie disc has melted plastic on it. there are very thin and look like someone would've used a pen to draw them on. i couldn't remove the plastic without heavily scratching the dvd. so i checked with dvdsoon but they told me that they can only send a replacement if the order isn't over 30 days after arrival which in my case it was way over 30 days. ok, let's buy a new one and for CAD$9.98 it was ok. the new disc arrived today and guess what. yes it has the same melted plastic shit on the movie disc 
now this i just great. paying additional 10 bucks and getting again a faulty disc. sure it's not dvdsoon's fault as they don't open the dvds to check them 
but still a real bummer. i hate to waist money and in this case i did it twice
