Warner, HVE and Something Weird talk restoration...

The Onion AV Club has a fascinating new article up called THE DVD MAKERS talking to Warner's George Feltenstein, HVE's Lee Ferdinand and Something Weird's Mike Vraney. Amusingly, George Feltenstein seems to directly reference the HTF with some general comments and also a couple of sly digs, and there's some fascinating info about the KING KONG restoration. It's also interesting to see how Lee Ferdinand gives high praise to Warner, and how Mike Vraney pinpoints his catalog's appeal to obsessive DVD collectors with a penchant for extras. Feltenstein's comments are lengthy and wide-ranging, and seem like a good precursor to his forthcoming HTF chat.
