Plasma: With or w/o speakers/built-in tuner? (Panasonic's TH-50PHD7UY?)

I am finally in the market for a plasma display. I just recently sold my Sony KV40-XBR800 tube; beautiful picture, but took up waaay too much space.

The set that I am considering is Panasonic's TH-50PHD7UY (50" Widescreen Professional Series HD Plasma Display Panel). Is anyone familiar with this particular model, and what good/bad they you tell me about it? What other models would you recommend in that price range? My priorities are: Quality/Price/Aesthetics. Price range is max $6,000.

Panasonic TH-50PX25U/P is what I reccomend, I don't like the lack of features on the model you posted.
