Clock one hour fast?

Could the Forum Clock be wrong?
I checked my preferences and they're still set, as is the DST selection.
This problem just appeared tonight, after the latest resurrection.

I just moved to Mountain Time and everything is OK now.
Until Parker fixes things, then I'll have to move back home.
