That's why I never stayed in... unless I was the team member around. As long as we have one guy inside, I bail to the edge and look for incoming enemies, and jump in periodically to reclaim it.
On another subject, I noticed something in the stats yesterday, for a rumble pit game I played:
While the number of kills was all of over the place as usual (top player had 25, weakest had 2 or 3), the average life time was almost the same for everyone (most were 17 secs exactly) and so was the number of deaths.
So the best players don't really live any longer than the weaker ones, they are just much more efficient, at least inthat type of game. I am guessing they chose better weapons, aim better, find opponents faster?
Anyway, I found that interesting.
This was only one game, I will try and see if those observations are consistent.
