Technical Question

I recently leased a Honda Accord which came with 3 free months of XM, which I like. Is the hardware & software in this (or any) car specific to XM or can I change the service and get Sirius if I so choose?

You would have to have a SIRIUS receiver or unit installed.

Chris is correct, there are no universal receivers right now. So if you wanted to change services, you couldn't use what was built in. Even the antenna has to change, since the satelites operate differently.
