A list of DVD-Video discs with 96/24 PCM sound

I know of only a few music R2 PAL/R2 NTSC DVD-video discs with 96kHz/24bit PCM (the best stereo sound in DVD-video discs). I would appreciate it if members would let me know all available DVD-video discs with 96/24 PCM sound as opposed to 48/16, 48/20 and 48/24 PCM sound.

Video with 96/24 PCM? I don't even know of any.

There are some music ones from www.hiresmusic.com and that's all I know of.

How do you tell if it has 96kHz/24bit PCM sound?

I have a couple: Chuck Mangione: The Feeling's Back (Chesky)
Mickey Hart "Indoscrub" video single (videos appear twice- once with Dolby 5.1 and DTS, and again with 96/24 PCM)
Section of extras on Seven Platinum Series
Some tracks on Ultimate DVD Platinum (I think these are music with stills only)

Some players don't really indicate what type of sound you're getting- my Pioneer DVL-909 has a display that lights up with it's a 96/24 soundtrack, as well as the onscreen display.
