Lindsay Lohan - Page 8

My brother dated the "slut" for a year and never once "brought home the groceries". Matter of fact, he never even parked in the grocery store lot.

She must have had one GREAT personality!

Henry, the fact is not only has this thread not been closed, there have not been any warnings or even a remote indication that it could be closed, so any further discussion along that line is rather silly, you might say. Go ahead on that line all you want and I will gleefully ignore it.

Back to our regularly scheduled program.

She was gorgeous and knew just how much to string him along. Hell, he was 19, I don't know if he even noticed her personality.

"I agree that a lot of girls are dressing to look like sluts, but I still think it's unfair to call someone a slut just by the way they dress"

I believe it was Dave Chappelle who said something like...."You're not a whore. But you're certainly wearing a whore's uniform." or something like that

Does anyone else miss the jeans of the 80s that used to hug and accentuate a womans hips instead of the jeans they wear now(with their bellies hanging out)

Bad examples, but am I the only one who thinks this

is sexier than this

Jon, you absolutely got it with the uniform analogy. That is exactly what I intended, as I never meant anyone was anything, even though others have since put those words into my mouth.

I watched a little of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake last night. I was appreciating how good Jessica Biel looks in a pair of hipsters and it wasn't until your post I realized the basic design of jeans girls tend to wear today were in style back in the 60s and early 70s. Still, I agree with you. There was nothing nicer than a really healthy, attractive woman in a t-shirt and a pair of 501s. Of course, I grew up here in Colorado and maybe that wasn't what you got where you lived, but that's what we tended to have here. It was sexy as hell.
Jon, you're right, those aren't the greatest examples, but they still illustrate something I hadn't noticed before. The current popular style of extremely low cut jeans actually tend to minimize the hourglass shape of a woman's body in favor of showing as much belly as possiblea dn actually well below the belly. The result is not what I find the least bit sexy, but just trashy looking.

I find the belly thing to be EXREMELY sexy, but that's me. I love the rubenesque/voluptuous women with the "baby fat" curves.

Can we please get back to posting links for pics of LL?
I don't understand how women with their bellies hanging out (due to fashion) don't catch a cold or something. If a wee-bit of my gut or back is exposed, I get the chills and a cold.

Well, then help us out.

Or do I have to keep posting?

But Patrick, you don't actually get a cold from being cold. It's a virus and has nothing to do with getting a chill.

Mark, I like that first shot best. The second one shows exactly what I mean about low riders diminishing hips, and hips are way sexy.

Well, I'm using "cold" in a generic sense, it's more like sinusitis for me when I get a chill from slightly exposing my belly/back, and my body's immune system isn't as tolerant to changes in temperatures as others.

I love hips too, but I think the low riders accentuate them more...

Of course, this works best with women who have more meat on their bones and not necessarily for those who are razor thin...the low riders give the appearance of height, making the girl look taller and thus making her big hips seem more in proportion to the rest of her body. I know someone who has big hips and when she wears normal jeans, her butt looks HUGE, but when she wears low riders, they seem to pull her hips in and her waist looks longer and her butt doesn't look as big, thus making her hips look great.

I think Lindsay is the perfect example of this because she is quite thick in the thighs and calves. The low riders make her waist lower and you don't notice her "thickness" as much. I think if she wore 'higher' up jeans, she'd look more bottom heavy.

Never, underestimate the power of a woman with an ample behind. And I agree, real women have hips for a reason.

Exactly. Im usually not one to get on women about their weight(Becuase I dont prefer thinner women), but some women shouldnt be wearing those jeans. And its not sexy on young girls with the "baby fat" bellies and handles literally hanging out over their jeans.

I know a few chunky women who look alot better in 501 styles high pants than the hipster cut ones. Its not flattering on them at all.

To me anyway.

Ok, Im done, back to LL.

Sometimes they do, but that shot of Christina Applegate linked to a little while ago is a good example of how they often do just the opposite. I mentioned Jessica Biel in TCM, who is wearing the 70s version of hipsters, and she looks freaking awesome. What I think is that the current version, like the type in the Applegate shot, don't tend to have the same shape to them and are so low they, to me, tend to look crappy regardless of who wears them.

Great thread fellas!

Let me just say that even though i'd gladly give up three of my ten fingers for some quality time with Anne, on the Latin side however, just call me the cheese in an Eva sandwitch...

Eva Mendes and Eva Longoria! :p)

Lindsay Lohan "Entertainment Weekly" cover

I got the new EW today, and I know that this cover photo of Lindsay Lohan is a takeoff on a famous picture, but I can't put my finger it.

Can somebody please tell me who was in the original photo? Thanks for your help, because this is making me crazy.
