They're back from the grave and ready to party. At long last for George Romero fans, Anchor Bay Entertainment will release the highly anticipated two-disc collector's edition of the capper in Romero's Dead trilogy, Day of the Dead. Loaded with extras, goodies include a new 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer, Dolby Digital Surround EX and DTS ES 6.1 soundtracks...
I saw that too, but there was no release date.. hmm. Day of the Dead has been in the "Coming Soon" section for a while. I checked Anchor Bay's website and they didn't have anything listed as well.
I'll update the list once a release date is finalized.
you may want to remove Day of the Dead from the "Planned Releases" now that the date has been announced. Also, Terminator 2: Extreme Edition should probably be added to the list for completeness's sake.

Shedaisy "The Whole Shebang".
From the DTS link above:

T2: UE is DD-EX and dts-ES Matrix, which are essentially the same thing speaker-wise (i.e. the surround rear channel is derived from the surround signal). T2: EE is (from what I can remember) DD-EX only, with the WMP9 "High Definition" version using Microsoft's own WM 5.1 format.
