I think it was silly that they played up the "philosophy" of the films. Yeah, its there, but then when you beat people over the head with the fact that its there, after you scrutinize it, you realize that there isn't as much as they play it up to be.
I only own the Animatrix so far because I've been expecting a box set all along. Its hard to justify waiting for so many years, but I'm glad that its finally coming!

I find it to be just the opposite. Especially with taking a philosophy class this semester, I keep finding more and more interesting stuff in the films that I never saw before.
