Also, that isn't TV. Many have seen them on TV, but they were originally on the big screen. [img]images/smilies/wink.gif[/img]

Columbo-Season 1 was my most recent purchase. Star Trek:TOS-Season 1 came right before that.


I'm on my fourth Star Trek set. Scratches, scuffs, severe discoloration on some discs, fingerprints, skipping, etc. I'm on the verge of mailing my latest set, with two bad discs, back to Paramount and requesting a 'good' replacement. My DVD purchases have screeched to a halt out of frustration and an irrational 'fear' of opening up new sets and individual movies, only to find more scratched/skipping DVDs. I own well over 350 DVDs and before Star Trek, I had only come across this problem on two and the replacements were fine.


Unfortunately, my list of DVDs(TV and movies) to purchase has grown out of control in the last two months due to this, and I'm going to have to blow a fortune to catch up. There are just too many DVDs out there that I want so I'll give in. I'm sort of dreading Star Trek-Season 2 though. I hope they have the quality control problems straightened out.

Thanks to the Amazon sale, I picked up Buffy Season 1, Angel Season 1 and 24 Season 1.





Later, I'll be picking up Friends Season 8.
