"Alfred Hitchcock Presents" - Season 2 ($9.99 @ DD - the other seasons are not so cheap)

^ I got excited when I saw S2 a week or so ago...and then I saw that the rest weren't cheap. grumble grumble!

^Same here, but I'll take what I can get when I can get it. I've become more and more opportunistic with my DVD purchasing and will try to stay below my maximum price and pick up stuff out of order when/if necessary (i.e. "Wings", and "Gomer Pyle").

Today, picked up:

"'Till Death" - S1 (BL - $3 - that opportunistic thing kicking in again - Total blind buy based solely on price/stars)

Never know when the rest will show up at that price. I'm holding out for a complete series set...or all of them at $15 or less. BL had 1 volume on the $3 rack once. It had my fav episode, the one about the "toy" gun. Love that one!

I've acquired Haven: The Complete First Season, Damages: The Complete Third Season, Conan: The Adventurer: The Complete Series and Warehouse 13: Season Two. Haven S1 xomes with some good featurettes and twelve commentary tracks [12 commentaries, but two for each of two key episodes - ten of thirteen eps, all tod, with commentaries]. Warehouse 13: Season Two has a handful of featurettes and commentaries for the season premiere and finale.

Burn Notice: The Fall of Sam Axe (Blu-ray) - The ONLY reason for this purchase is to show my support for more Burn Notice on this format. Hopefully this will help convince Fox to go ahead with a fifth season release in 2012, and eventually (fingers crossed) fill in the gaps.

Can't WAIT to see the arrival of the second Mr. Wilson in the NEXT season!

I know I am running behind, but I just ordered Batman: The Animated Series Season One.

Now how I ended up with seasons 2-4 before I had season 1 - well, I dunno.

My last set to arrive in the mail, after a 2 month wait and the need for the seller to send a replacement because the first one was lost in the mail, was Ashes to Ashes season 1.

Then, I had to turn my old DVD Drive on my computer into a region 2 player.

A2A Is almost as good as Life On Mars.

Still really disappointed that this was a) letterboxed, and b) never followed up with the other seasons from the show.

Looking at the cover for DG... "a sexy romp in outer space" (to paraphrase). Really? Ha. *sigh*

X-men : Volumes 1 thru 5.....got them for $10 each at HMV here in Canada.

Anne of Green Gables: The Sequel - Digitally Remastered Widescreen Edition (pre-order)

F-Troop, seasons 1 & 2, at Costco for $10.99 each.

South Park, seasons 6 & 8, at Best Buy for $12.99 each.
