Gilmore Girls: The Complete First Season

I picked that up at Sams Club just today.

And I must say, I think it's a pretty nice looking set for the price.

Can't wait for the 2nd Season!

Nick,

Excellent Choice!

I bought Friends: The Finale on Tuesday at Best Buy for $6.99

This means that I have the pilot on DVD 3 times! First, on the Best of Friends Volume 1, Friends: The Complete First Season, and now Friends: Finale.

Thanks Warner for making me triple-dip on one episode.

I only had Twin Peaks Season 1, but yesterday I bought Starsky and Hutch Season 1. A lot of series aren't available here in The Netherlands. The only one I have seen (and don't have) is Little House on the Prairie. But I'd like to buy that one! And there are some Best of Bonanza-DVD's (10 DVD's) which I have, but no Season 1-series. I love the eighties, so I hope they will bring out Dynasty, The A-Team, Knight Rider, Magnum, The Love Boat, etc.

I don't know where you do your dvd-shopping, but I advice you to take your business elsewhere. There are a LOT of R2 tv-on-dvd releases.

Just take a look at the tv-on-dvd section of DVDZone2.com

Recently bought the first 6 seasons of Stargate SG-1 on DVD. This was mostly a blind buy for me because I've only seen the first two episodes previously.

The problem with TV-shows on DVD is that in Europe different companies publish the DVDs depending on the country. Here in Norway for example they haven't released X-files on DVD nor Stargate SG-1. The only way for me to get them and not paying the stupidly high customs charges is to buy on ebay.
