If you are interested in seeing Western celebrities doing commercials for the Japanese market, here you go.

Peter Falk pitching Toyota cars as Colombo?? Hmmmmm.... And ZZ Top doing ads for Honda??

Kate Beckinsale looks great though Don't remember what she was selling.

Lux Danny. She says it twice.

Fun to see. I wonder however if their voices aren't dubbed over, even if they seem to speak there own language.
I didn't recognize Sean Connery's voice, for instance.

ohhhhhhhhhh my natalie portman looks even cuter in Japanese. Didn't realize there were so many Arnie commercials either, thanks for the site.

Although the website creator called this Ewan McGregor ad somewhat bizarre and sappy, I thought it was done quite well:

I was going to start a new thread but I just knew someone had to have talked about this place. .....see, Search does work!

Anyway, I personally thought the Nicolas Cage Pachinko spots were hilarious!

Thanks for reviving an old thread.

I wonder if there's similiar site in Japan about Western celebrities doing US commercials?

The Visa check card commercial with Charlie/Martin Sheen was hilarious.

Hey, at least Ford is one of the few westerners who actually chose to speak Japanese in his ads.
