Trouble loading online subscription

Hi,
I subscribed dnlded the reader and recieved my authorization but have not been able to access any of the issues available. Could it be a firewall issue?

Norton hasn't popped up to say "no you don't" so whadayathink?

Sorry you are having problems. I would like to help.

Were you able to download the plugin okay?

Did you get any kind of an error message when trying to view a magazine?

More information would be useful to help troubleshoot the problems.

here's the error I always get, I re-subscribed and received the first issue and now get the same error screen again:

I am also unable to open/load any page. I redownloaded the software three times and still it is a no go. The message I am getting simply say; unable to load http://www.dvdetc.com/magazine/2003/...r/october_.opf
I am getting this message for all available online issues.
I am using win 2000 pro. IE version 6.0

We are looking into the error that you are having taking into consideration your OS and browser version. We should have an answer for you by Monday.

John, I was hoping to get an answer from you by the begining of this week as you promised, it is now Friday and I am still waiting.
