CD Universe for DVDs

Has anyone had any experiences with CD Universe with ordering DVDs? They have the lowest price on a couple of titles i want.

I used them a long time ago. They started out great but then they started charging me for disks that were never sent. I had to get my charge card company involved in to to get them to give me credit. They may have changed but I wouln't trust them.

A few months ago I ordered one item with a money order, a Farscape box set. They took a little longer than cdconnection (where I usually buy cds/some dvds) to process the money order, but they shipped on time and had no problems.
