If you have any preorders at Amazon.com you may want to check the orders if you used Gift Certificates.
I have two separate orders (Warner Legends and Indy Jones boxes) that each had $25 GC (not promotional) applied to them. The order status was fine several days ago, but today the GCs have mysteriously disappeared from both orders.
I called Amazon.com customer service (1-800-201-7575 -- save that number, it isn't easy to find). They don't know what happened but their information shows that I did use the GCs, it's just not being applied to the order somehow. They forwarded this to their gift certificate specialists for review.
