Well I finally got to watch mine tonight, before I
poped it in the DVD I noticed a couple of scratches.
Sure enough there were four regions that were messed
up. Two of the four I had to jump forward and in
doing so I missed some scenes towards the end

Anyone know if you can return the disks for new
ones? Never had this problem before. Last resort
I could try to buff out the scratches but I will
wait first to see if anyone knows if you can send
the disks back for replacements?

Tim, just take it to Best Buy or WalMart and tell them you got a defective Christmas present, and all you want is an exchange for another copy of the same thing!

Happy New Year! got mine today 1/2/04. Mine only came with a little promotions sheet inside, no chapter list card. Is this all everyone else's had? Including people who bought it?

I got mine last week too. I had emailed kraft about the status of the dvd a week earlier. The day after the disc arrived I got a call from a kraft rep wanting to see if I had received the disc yet, and to make sure it was in good shape.

I was impressed they followed up with the call.
