I've sent in used disc to DigitalEyes twice now and had great results. I quickly received my credit and instantly ordered discs.

Recently, I sent a new batch to them and it arrived nearly two weeks ago. I still haven't received word on my package. When I e-mail their customer service, they were very unresponsive, finally telling me they didn't have my package, though I had mail tracking confirm its delivery.

I then called and they told me there was a backlog there and that they probably hadn't gotten to my package yet. I've emailed a few times since then and no word.

Is anyone else having trouble with DDE? Are they just swamped? I have no problem waiting but I just wish they'd confirm they at least DO have my package and its in line fore review.
