Wow what a thread resurrection! Five years!!!!

Happy to report that my NV home built four and a half years ago is holding up extremely well, and NV has been wonderful to deal with. They have come out to fix small things well past the expiration of the initial warrantee. Very satisfied! And I have since heard lots of anecdotal Toll Brothers problems.
