Resolution Chart?

I have done a Google search and came up with nothing on this. I am looking for a chart that shows the MAX RESOULTION for each video source (VHS, S-VHS, MINI-DV, DVD, etc., etc.) does one exist? If not I am going to have to create one (which is not a problem just time consuming).

All help is much appreciated.

There's a table showing horizontal resolution here. Note that's "TVL", so multiply by 4/3. The digital formats, DV and DVD, have 720 pixels across, but there's some filtering going on.

All of them do about (or exactly) 480 scanlines vertically.
