Best DVD player under $100

I'm in the market for a new dvd player that will probably be used mostly for music, progressive scan would be nice but i realize the price bracket, 192 khz dacs are a must as is MP3 playback

give me your opinions, right now i'm looking at toshiba or pioneer

I don't do MP3, but isn't that a tall order for a <=$100 DVD player?

I don't know about MP3 quality, but maybe one of the cheap, new JVC's will do nicely for you.
