Actually their last album "Bloodletting" kicked major ass.Their best in 10 years I think. I LOVED it.
Most bands from that era that played heavy music have just given up or gone away but Overkill has just kept on trying. They had a few bumpy years but you have to give it them - they never gave up.I have alot of respect for them for that.
I thought they sounded amazing on the last reord - the best lineup since Horrorscope or Years Of Decay.
They also have a 2 disc DVD "Overkill Live Wrecking Everything" thats Highly Recommended as well.
BTW, If you mean SOD, Stormtroopers Of Death, they have a few new things out as well - a new record a few years ago and a DVD as well. The album "Bigger Than The Devil" (With spoof Iron Maiden:Number Of The Beast cover art)was just ok, but the DVD is awesome(Speak English Or Live).
