Hmmm, let's throw out a few guesses and see what sticks. I think it was done in both Terminator movies. And Encino Man. And Peewee's Big Adventure. And I'm all out of guesses.

That's that Adam Sandler movie Billy Madison.

Here is mine:

..."And your wars. Why are you always attacking people. What business have you to leave your shores unless to trade?"
..."Well often we have to defend ourselves by attacking before we've been attacked."
..."I've heard enough. The history of your country seems to consist of nothing more than a string of conspiracies, revolutions, rebellions, murders, and massacres. Every judgement seems to be motivated by greed, by malice, hypocrisy, hatred, envy, lust, and MADNESS!"

That's from "Airplane!" isn't it?

That's not from the TV Movie "Gulliver's Travels" is it?

If it is, here's mine:

"You were SUPPOSED to fire UP!! We all fired UP!... It's like living with a six-year old..."

Yes it is.

Have no idea about your quote though. Someone else answer it.
Just wanted to confirm that my quote was indeed from the A Bug's Life outtakes, as a spoof off Toy Story.
That "Gulliver's Travels" with Ted Danson was one of the best damn TV movies I've ever seen!

Right up there with Merlin.

Here's a hint for mine, same movie:

"I think it's a mail-plane"

"How can you tell?"

"didn't you see the little balls?"

The Three Amigos - there are a plethora of quotes from that one!

"First you gotta do the Truffle Shuffle!"
That should be from The Goonies.

Here's mine:
"Some things in here don't react too well to bullets."

That's Jack Ryan from the first movie, Hunt for Red October

Here is mine:

"Why don't you put a bullet in the back of my head right now! Right here! Alright?! Do it right now! I don't wanna wait!"
"I said you are in contempt!"
"What are you gona do? Shoot me twice?!"

Red Corner

"Where's my caaaaaake!"
From way back on post #46;

"Everything you done to me, already done to you."

The Color Purple

No idea on the "cake" quote.

Nice pun, Alex! You were making a pun about the "plethora" scene, right?

Oh I can jump in here....."Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" (This movie has "Indiana Jones" in the title, correct?)

Chris

Unforgiven

Since there seems to be some confusion with all the various answers floating around, I'll wait for further instructions before posting my quote.
It's definetly from Unforgiven, spoken by Eastwood himself, so just go ahead with your quote.

"Where's my caaaaaake!"

Creepshow
Since no one posted a quote and I'm itching here, I'll put one. :b

"Why not just kill them? I'll do it. I'll run up to Paris, bam, bam, bam, bam! I'm back before week's end. We spend the treasure. How is this a bad plan?"

Jacapo from The Count of Monte Christo

"The funny thing is, on the outside, I was an honest man. Straight as an arrow. I had to come to prison to be a crook."

Oh, yeah, I don't have to do any kind of search for this one, that's Tim Robbins from Shawshank Redemption.

Err... I can't think of any good memorable quotes right now, just obscure stuff, so someone else go ahead.
Obscure us to death Lenny.
Here's an obscure one for you.

"I died for you! I came back from the dead for you! I love you! "

:p) My Boyfriend's Back

Pretty obscure but didn't work with me.

Here is a good one:

"I wish I had a million dollars, do you know what I'd do if I had a million dollars? Buy myself some happiness. You don't get it by being good. And you don't get it by being poor, and all those people who said you don't get it by being rich... they were lying."
I guess I killed the thread finaly.

Well the answer is Annabella Sciorra to Gary Oldman in Romeo is Bleeding, excellent movie.

Here is a relatively easier one:

"I have just shot someone, I did it on purpose... I have killed a man and I would like to confess..."
"SHUT UP!"
All right, I got one right a while ago, so here's mine. Shouldn't be too hard.

"Dave's a killer!!!"
"Dave's a mess."
