Toshiba DR570 DVD Recorder with Built in Tuner, Black Reviews

This recorder is pretty decent. It records to DVD+/-R/RWs which is pretty rare these days. The disc drive takes a long time to load, finalize and reformat discs - way longer than any DVD player or recorder we have owned before. It does run smoothly though and does not falter at any time no matter how long it has been on and been used. The remote is quite complicated but the basic buttons are easy to find. It does have a timer recording feature but we have not been able to get it to work. Overall it is a good product. We just wish it had a hard drive like our other DVD recorders.
