Spartacus: Gods of the Arena [Blu-ray] Reviews

It's hard to make a prequel.   Too many things that can go wrong.   Ask George Lucas.    Is it possible to turn in a prequel that makes the original series better and is compelling as a stand alone?    The cast and crew behind Spartacus make a pretty compelling case that the answer in the right hands is YES with Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.   The telling of the rise of the house of Batiatus before the arrival of Spartacus.   Gods of the Arena presented on Blu-Ray brings us back to their house and we get to the root of how a small house can rise to power..
