I was able to get this remote through my work at a screaming hot deal and I haven't regretting it one bit. I have five components and five different remotes and this Sony Universal synced up with every piece of equipment without a single problem. I was even able to setup macros to perform multiple functions...since it's a learning remote, I was able to setup nearly every function key for every remote without a problem.

The only con is that this remote doesn't have much headroom for expansion - however, if you are in the market for a remote that can do everything for the small to medium sized home theater setup - this is the one for you.
