Outlaw Audio Model 7125

A moderate price never had such a reward. The Model 7125 delivers 7 channels at 125 Watts each, allowing playback of the most recent sound formats without breaking the bank. The Model 7125 is based on the same system architecture and topology as our Model 7200 amplifier. The power stages are virtually the same and the sound is everything you have come to expect from Outlaw. The Model 7125 is built in the USA to our design and specifications.

I am not real sophisticated in the use of amps- having used receivers with built-in amps.  So my outlaw is my first set up with an independent amp.  My processor; Outlaw 990, CD/DVD player; Denon 2910, Speakers; Axiom M80 series(6 speaker surround), 3 subwoofers.  The whole set up has come together real well- after experimenting for a long time.  I've never had a problem when playing DVDs, but music is really my thing.  I like to play it at high volume as if at a concert.  Well it never fails, the high temp lock out shuts it down every time.  Is that normal?  I would appreciate an opinion from someone with experience in this area.
