Cons: ineffective 3D; film isn't really much fun
Why not Green Lantern? A couple of superheroes from the DC universe have become big stars of films while others have found some measure of success on television. With Hal Jordan possessing an unusual kind of super power to display, it makes perfect sense that Green Lantern should have been the next great cinematic superhero. Except, it didn’t work out that way. Audiences were indifferent to disappointed in the film, and it appears that the coda tacked into the midst of the closing credits will never see development in a future installment of the series. Like the equally ill-fated The Green Hornet from last year, Green Lantern has likely had his only cinematic chance.
