Pros: The movie! The transfer!
Cons: If you're a stiggler for realism or seriousness, stay away.

Movie:
Here's an example of a B-movie so good it gets 4 stars. Big Trouble is just so much fun, proably the most fun of any Carpenter picture. It also features the most beautiful cinematography.
Blu Ray:
One of the best transfers I've watched in a while. Free of artifacts, producing wonderful detail, colour levels and retaining touches of fine grain that, along with the incredible clarity, show that no DNR was used.
If you like movies, if you like Quentin Tarantino-style fun, if you like fun at all, this is a beautiful high def rendering of it.
