What is it? I can't say I recall one mentioned.
I believe it is a lost interview that was not included on the DVD set:

Latest News: (updated 16th February 2011)

Lost interview with Roger Moore filmed during the production of The Persuaders! rediscovered after 40 years.

In 1994 whilst rummaging in the ITC faults I found the photo shown below. Since that time I have been trying to find the filmed interview and have had a number of French friends look for it. I had almost given up until last night when I spent some time doing some digging around on the internet. I emailed a French friend with a possible lead and late this afternoon he camme through with the news that the footage has been found. It's 3 and half minutes of behind the scenes on The Persuaders! More news about the footage will follow very soon...

And here are some screengrabs!

More info mentioning the egg:
http://www.itc-classics.com/NetworkPersuadersbluray.html

All of the special features that graced Network's previous DVD release have been carried over and are presented in SD but they've added quite a lot of new material to what was already an impressive list. So alongside stuff like The Saint episode The Ex King of Diamonds (now in HD), the documentary - The Morning After - Remembering The Persuaders!, AVROskoop (found by long-time TMA honorary member Remco Admiraal), commentaries by Roger Moore, Tony Curtis, Bob Baker and other members of the production crew, the four compilation movies and their trailers, there is Curtis and Moore reunited on the Alan Titchmarsh Show, recently found production footage (including some behind the scenes) (mute, HD), extensive image galleries of rare and previously unseen stills (HD), previously unseen alternate title sequence (HD), contemporary French interview footage from 1971, 1972 Sun TV Awards footage, BECTU History Project audio interview with Johnny Goodman, more international TV trailers, script and Memorabilia PDFs and much, much more! They've even managed to get some unseen footage as an easter egg - good luck finding it!

Someone on another forum claims Tony Curtis dropping the C word is a hidden Easter egg. They've obviously not seen the documentary where he talks about Joan Collins

I emailed jaz from the site. Hoping he responds.

He may well do but thanks to an acrimonious separation from ITV ( when he worked for Carlton over 10 years ago) the powers that be are doing their best to keep him from working on ITV titles released by Network. I do know they refused to allow him to contribute his far superior memorabilia collection to the set so the one presented is not as good as it could be.

IIRC Jaz only got a credit on the set at the insistence of Andrew Pixley who wrote the booklet. But Jaz was allowed no input to any of Networks ITC releases but fortunately he was able to contribute to the superior Australian sets from Umbrella where he moderates many commentaries .

Thankfully Studio Canal saw sense and allowed Jaz to sort out the Avengers dvd's and Blurays in collaboration with Alan Hayes ( and others).

Jaz's The Persuaders magazine The Morning After has now been reprinted in book form as 2 volumes so if you don't have the mags themselves they are worth getting and one includes issue 28 which was not published as a magazine although I think Jaz is looking at a print on demand option for that at the moment

Ok. I finished disc 1 tonight. During the powerswitch episode I had some trouble during one scene where the picture froze and then slightly jumped.

Anyway to determine if it's the disc or the player?
My gut is the disc but I'm not completely sure of course.

Thoughts?

Is it halfway through the disk? It may be that your player is pokey when it comes to switching layers. Did you look at the disk and see if it has a spot on it?

Clean the disc. If it continues you need to try it on another player to confirm if the problem is the disc or the player

Despite the so called improved sturdiness of Bluray discs over dvd's I have found on several occasions where marks like fingerprints and other such things disrupt playback ( mainly on rental discs). A good clean to remove the marks usually works but I don't recall dvd's being as picky over marks and dust
