No. But I've never used the snipping tool before so maybe it's me.

It goes a little something...like this:

Hmm it let me copy from the Snipping Tool menu, and hit CTRL+V to paste it here, but only in Chrome, not in my IE (which seems to be having other problems as well. Will be upgrading it to edge soon.

Email is a different beast all together. There are a couple of different issues:

1) Emails rejected by your provider or getting marked as SPAM. We are working on this and should have it fixed later today.

2) Notifications work differently on this platform. On our old platform you could select how you wanted to be notified: always, once weekly or daily. Henry Ford designed the notification system on this platform (you can have any color car as long as its black): If you select email notifications, you will get an email with the first new reply for each thread you are subscribed to and that's it, you won't get any additional email notifications for that specific thread until you come back to it and read it, or mark it read.

3) Mike Frezon email issue (that is its official name). If you were subscribed to get emails from threads on the old forum, you will continue to get those even if you turn email notifications off. The email notifications check box is there for how you want to receive notifications on future actions. To modify existing threads go to your watched thread listings: http://www.hometheaterforum.com/watched/threads/all
and look to see if you are getting email notifications for that specific thread:

If you want to change that then select Manage Watched Threads and Disable Email Notifications:

It will ask you for confirmation. If you want to unsubscribe, check the threads you want unsubscribed and selecting Stop Watching Threads will unsubscribe you from them.

As honored as I am to have the "Mike Frezon email issue" named in my honor, I must insist that the issue is clear: on the old forum I was NOT set up to get emails from threads! I HATE thread notification emails! :D It wasn't until we moved here that I started to get e-mails. I think the same thing is true for Rob_Ray.

The migration guy said each one of my subscribed threads was marked to get e-mails. He said I was subscribed to like 3800 threads. He did a bulk change for me. I think I almost broke the internet with all the emails I was getting!

Now THAT'S the "Mike Frezon E-mail Issue!"

Btw I did not get emails for these posts! I was forced to go out of my way, risk life and limb, to pop in and check out this thread!! [bites fist] ;) :)

Mike, you're on the forum 24/7 follow every single thread, its understandable why you might hate email notifications. :P:rolleyes::eek::blush:

Right, Tino..

I'm afraid it wouldn't be mighty hard for a talented writer to put up just as logical a premise as one which would defend the contrary point of view actually presented in that very piece:

“Horrible, just non-stop implausible action.” … “It was so uncomfortably boring because there was nothing but pregnant girls and silly car wrecks in it.” … “Noise, noise, noise. Nothing but crash, boom, bang. No acting to speak of. The CGI was cheaply done.” … “The dialogue was primarily grunting.” … “Undoubtedly one of the WORST movies I have ever seen in my entire life…”

:D
