But a 4K scan for a blu ray disc is not the same as a 4k UHD disc. I stand to be corrected but I believe Ronald was specifically referring to a 4k UHD release of All That Jazz, not a blu ray from a 4K scan. And if Warners is releasing a 4k UHD release of The Man I Love, I give you my word that...
On the contrary, I thought Ronald made what he wanted perfectly clear. Which is exactly why I didn't make a list of titles that I would pay $50 for out of the gate because my list would be unrealistic, exactly what he was not interested in. I stand to be corrected but what he didn't want was the...
Too late! You're asking too much. So many of the responses have a snowball's chance in hell of being released on a 4K UHD disc. But disc collectors aren't realistic. They're dreamers. Not putting shade on anyone, I include myself in the dreamer category.

Oh? Then how do you know it's a "POS" if you haven't seen it? Or do you always review films you haven't seen? There are many movies I have no interest in and don't go to see because the subject matter doesn't interest me but I don't pass judgement on them because, well ..... I haven't seen them...
I still have a ton of DVDs that I've never upgraded to blu ray simply because the transfers are quite decent and the "improvement" to blu ray would be so minimal that I'd rather put my money to use on other items.
A pity they didn't include a blu ray of the remaster for those of us who haven't moved on to UHD yet. As to the cover art, the original Chinatown poster is iconic, one of the most gorgeous film posters ever! The new cover art would be just fine if the original poster didn't exist. I think the...
Very sad news as she was one of my personal favorites and anything she was in, I watched. She was in so many of my favorite films: her three with Douglas Sirk (Magnificent Obsession, Taza Son Of Cochise, Captain Lightfoot), The Young Lions, It Came From Outer Space, No Down Payment, Bigger Than...
