I watched the Imprint edition fairly recently and I thought it looked pretty good. Apparently it was from a 4K scan.

Fire Down Below was on the Mill Creek Rita Hayworth set. PQ very good.

Kino's release is supposed to be a new 4K master in 1.85:1 ratio.

Can anybody who's got this disc, confirm if its a pressed disc please. I've seen one retailer saying its a BD-R. Thanks

I watched the Australian blu-ray a few weeks ago and noted a runtime of 93:26.

I've measured the aspect ratios on the screen shots and the stream is about 2.5:1 and the BD 2.35:1.

I have the Shout blu-ray and I thought the picture quality was very good. Its definitely a worthwhile purchase as you get 2 discs, theatrical and extended cut. There is a review on blu-ray com. Link

Play It Again Sam is my favourite Woody Allen film, so yes to a blu-ray.

The Kino disc is supposed to be a new 2k transfer, so I'm expecting it to be pretty good.

I've got the Hansesound release from 2012 and I thought both these films looked pretty good on blu-ray, certainly a lot better than DVD.

I've been waiting for the Warner Elvis titles as well (especially "Girl Happy", "It Happened At The Worlds Fair", "Spinout" and "Speedway"). I think that the Warner Archive have got such a big back catalogue, there's so many films to choose from and the Elvis titles arent a priority for them...

Studio Canal have released quite a lot of catalog titles on UHD over the last year or so, so I think there's a good chance that some of the titles just announced for 2020 will be UHD. Flash Gordon's a no brainer for UHD, its a popular film.

If you're region free, then its available in France and UK.

I have the French release, havent watched it fully yet, just briefly skipped through it. PQ is better than DVD, quite good, but not outstanding. Aspect ratio is correct 2.35:1, unlike the German release which was cropped. French subtitles can be switched off.
