McClain's Law with James Arness has been available for streaming for a long time, but there has not been a DVD release. There were only 16 episodes. I have been hoping it would come out, as well as the final season of How The West Was Won.

From The Fugitive, Jacqueline Scott (Kimble's sister) is still with us. Van Williams is the only one of the 3 leads on SurfSide 6 still alive. Peyton Place survivors also include Barbara Parkins.

If the color Gunsmokes and the WB detectives ever get released, I would be satisfied with what I have. Unfortunately, the chances are looking slimmer for the former and unlikely for the latter.

CBS/P must be losing a bundle with all the replacement sets and replacement discs they have been sending out. The postage alone must be pretty substantial. It's hard to believe the number of screw-ups since the first volumes were issued, but I do give them credit for doing everything they did...

The Gunsmoke color episodes shown on TV Land in its early days and still being shown today were not remastered. It's so disappointing that CBS stopped releasing remastered episodes just as they got to the first color season.

What are a few of the very best Cannon episodes to watch first when my complete set arrives?

Does the set contain all 77 episodes, including "missing" ones like The Homicide Habit?

Are the first 3 seasons of Cannon the same picture quality as the earlier releases? How is the quality of Seasons 4 and 5?

They have been streaming McClain's Law on the Archive. I wonder if it will be released on DVD. There is only one season of How The West Was Won to go, so they could finish that up.

RTV showed Switch just a few years ago. I don't know where they got their prints, but they were pretty bad.

Many years ago Silva America released a Fugitive CD labeled Original Television Series Soundtrack Music By Peter Rugolo with 24 tracks. I haven't checked to see if this is the same as the CD contained in the Most Wanted set.

7 - CBS/P's plan to release Gunsmoke Season 12 in December. Is CBS/P leaving the TV on DVD business except for current shows? Do the substantial losses they must be enduring with the Fugitive fiasco have anything to do with it?

When I called and gave them the barcode off the Most Wanted set they sent me, they told me I had a good set and didn't need the 5 replacement discs. I checked both parts of Landscape and Three Cheers and it appears my set is good, as they said. So I was quite surprised when the 5 replacement...
