I tried using a flash drive on the receiver, but no dice. There is a message that comes on screen that says, "Not supported." The tracks are .wav files, so the receiver's DACs should have no problem. I'm thinking it doesn't like the flash drive. Any ideas anyone?

Was the copy you received "corrected"? "A Christmas Carol"? Or "Pinocchio"? I got the second copy of "Pinocchio" from Amazon, and it is corrected. Is there a problem with "A Christmas Carol?"

Here's what happened. I ordered another copy of Pinocchio from Amazon, wagering that I would get a corrected copy, which I did. I then emailed Disney and explained that the original defective copy was purchased over a year ago when it was first released and therefore the B&M would not accept it...

I sent the defective Pinocchio BD back to Disney two Saturdays ago. One week later I got my replacement Blu-ray from Disney. Just to let you all know that Disney will exchange the defective copy for either a replacement or, if you've ordered a second copy, they'll exchange it for another Disney...
