HOME THEATER FORUM

                                                 1997 - 2007

Local Meets

Before Home Theater Forum held its first national membership event, there were the local meets.  These were small events secluded to a particular city or town.  The average meet would consist of members meeting at someone’s home, watching a DVD on a home theater system, and then visiting a local retailer.   This page is dedicated to those individuals who took part in these local gatherings.

Time to eat and time to tweak!

On Friday, May 26th, a select group of Home Theater Forum members were invited to Twentieth Century Fox studios for a very special evening event. The group was taken on a private tour of the studio, treated to dinner, and then taken into a large screening room to watch a DVD screening of INDEPENDENCE DAY. We now share with you pictures taken from the event. We hope that these pictures convey the excitement our members had that evening. We wish to thank PETER STADDON, of FOX HOME VIDEO for making all of this possible.
