The thing is the controller works differently depending on how it's implemented in different games. A FPS, for example, would come with a movement joystick that plugs into the bottom of the controller and the controller would be used to fire & for camera movement.

Watching the E3 coverage, the Wii (gag) is looking to be a great system. Hopefully the price is very appealing.

Zelda looked awesome, and Nintendo is going to launch it with the system, which is a very smart move from Nintendo, especially after the lethargic launch titles of the Gamecube.

The 2 controllers look pretty sweet. I'm not sure how the speaker is going to work, especially when compared to my Axiom setup

I think the nunchuku piece (the joystick with the two buttons) comes bundled with the Wii and you can purchase other controller peripherals down the road, for example, a racing wheel that the controller slides into (this isn't an announced product, just an idea).

yeah, I saw it in the conference announcements today. There was a lot of speculation about what exactly would come with the remote out of the box. I really like the speaker on the remote that gives feedback depending on what the remote is being used for. One example I read was that in the fishing mini-game in Zelda the remote would make a reel sound when casting etc.
