this is an old game that i recently started playing, and it's actually quite good. it's the old style Warcraft/Starcraft real-time-strategy type of game. i'm playing the x-box version. quite addictive. and it's reasonable faithful to both franchises. good break from 1st and 3rd person shooters. you eventually play/manage all three races (aliens, marines, predator), the alien species being much different from the other 2.

Heh, being a big fan of the AvP FPS games (from the original Rebellion-developed game for the Atari Jaguar to the later PC versions), I was excited about this one when it was first announced. Unfortunately, I'm not a big RTS fan, so I kind of forgot about it. Should be cheap enough to give it a shot now...
