However I'm kinda stuck on something. There seems to be an option to use classic players and "gold", "silver" era teams but they have a lock on them. Since the booklet doesn't even mention this, does anyone know how you can unlock those teams/players? Help get \"The Resurrected\", John Carpenter\'s TV films (amongst others) released on DVD!
