ESPN2K5 - Saving and Loading

This might sound like a stupid question, but how do you save your season (franchise?) when you're done playing and then where do you go to load it when you want continue playing? I can not figure this out.
Thanks!

Don't feel dumb, because I played a game, turned off my Xbox, and was frustrated when I couldn't reload it.

To Save
Go to the options, save franchise.

To Load
Same as saving, except you'll probably be in the main screen.

It's a lot of saving/loading for the game. There's profiles, music and franchises. There's probably more, but that's all I ran into.

Can you play two different fanchises on the same hard drive, like can you select which file to save over?

I have to play on my roommate's xbox, but I would love to play it on the Gamecube in my room. Damn them for skipping the cube.
