[ PS2 Blown up !! ]

I've had a power surge and the electricity went off, when it came back on everything in the house worked bar one T.V. and my PS2, I've tried changing the fuse but still nothing. Does anyone know what the problem could be and is it worth paying to get it fixed or is a new one on the cards ? Thanks.
